Prints are made on a order basis. This will mean that it can take few days for me to get the prints made, packaged and shipped. You will be notified by e-mail once your order has been shipped.
In case you should receive a damaged or wrong print, please contact me by e-mail indicating your order number and please attach an image as proof of the damaged print or wrongly delivered print.
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your PayPal account.
Print not received
Unfortunately, postal services have bad days too. I understand that things go missing in the mail from time to time. If your order seems to be lost in mail, please notify me by email (email@example.com) no later than two weeks for european orders, and five weeks for international orders, after having received your shipping notification.
I will do my best to work with you and the shipping service to locate your package, and/or send you a replacement. Unfortunately, I am unable to assist after this time frame has passed.
